Popular offset printing: suitable for large-volume runs and won’t break the bank

When you need to print flyers for customers, magazines, calendars, books or even business cards, and menus for restaurants, opt for offset printing. Its grwat advantage is its very good quality and price: the more prints you order, the cheaper each print will be. The most expensive part of the job is the initial set-up of the machines. Once we have set up the printing machines, we can offer a more favourable price for higher-volume jobs. And we can print up to 15,000 sheets in one hour, so we can deliver your prints very quickly.

Offset printing is popular with both small and multinational companies, government offices and non-profit organizations (NPOs)

Types of paper and inks suitable for offset

The advantages of offset printing:

  • we print both in colour and black and white;
  • we can print using white and coloured paper;
  • choose from classic office paper to more luxurious, higher-weight papers;
  • our equipment can handle all formats up to larger B1 (ie. 1030 × 720 mm).

We can print plain leaflets, nice business cards, and materials for sales representatives. Offset is fast and cheap, so it is no problem to supply updated print data regularly for flyers, for example, and we will print them again. No big costs and no waiting attached. And on top of that, there's our expert advice.

Offset printing parameters

Offset printing is really fast. We can handle up to 15,000 sheets per hour. We can print using papers of various thicknesses: from 0.06 to 0.8 mm. We can print anything on material weighing from 60 to 600 g/m2.
We print on modern Komori Lithrone S-540 H machines that save material, so it saves your money at the same time.  And something for the experts: we are print so fast because we also varnish the paper using the fifth tower right at the time of print.

Offset printing technology

Offset printing works based on the principle of the repulsion of oily inks and water. In practical terms, this means that areas that are not printed are dampened with water. The ink thus appears only on dry areas of the paper. This printing principle is also called planographic printing because the so-called printable and non-printable areas are flush, on the same level. Offset was developed more than two hundred years ago, and it has been perfected continuosly.
